  • For bookings made more than 30 days before guests arrive, we offer a 24-hour period from the time of booking during which you can cancel and receive a full refund.
  • After the 24-hour period, 50% of the booking value will be refunded up to 30 days before guests arrive.
  • Cancellation 30 dyas and less prior to the arrival, the full payment is non-refundable.
  • Bookings made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Check-in & Check-out

  • We will personally meet you at the property at your convenience any time between 3pm and 8pm. Early check-in and late check-in outside of the standard hours are available; subject to availability and charge.
  • Our standard check out time is 11am. Late check-out can be arranged in advance; subject to availability and charge.

Damages Deposit

  • Upon arrival and check-in we collect the damages deposit (the amount varies per property).
  • Upon check-out and after room checks; we refund to damages deposit within 24 hours.
